At MKS Jewellers, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our customers. If you wish to cancel your enrollment in the Gold Jewelry Saving Scheme, the following terms apply:

Cancellation through Razorpay

If your payment was processed via Razorpay, cancellations must be requested through our official channels.

Once a payment is successfully processed, no refunds will be made in cash or to the original payment method.

Refund in Gold Jewelry Only

The amount paid will be converted into gold jewelry equivalent to the total deposited amount.

The value of gold will be determined based on the market rate on the cancellation date.

Any applicable making charges, taxes, or wastage costs will be deducted as per company policy.

Cancellation Request & Processing

To initiate cancellation, you must submit a written request via email to mksjeweller@gmail.com or visit our store.

Verification of identity and transaction details is required before processing the request.

The refund process (in gold jewelry) may take 7-14 business days.

Non-Refundable Charges

Transaction fees, administrative costs, or any processing fees related to Razorpay payments are non-refundable.

Partial withdrawals or early exits may be subject to additional deductions.

Scheme Termination by MKS Jewellers

If MKS Jewellers terminates the scheme due to unforeseen circumstances, the refund will be provided as gold jewelry, not cash.
